Notice to licensed subscribers:
Blog-zilla is a subscription based service and subject to the Blog-zilla license agreement. If you intend not to abide by the license, policy or rules, then do not enter.
A few key points "Bloggy" wishes to burn into your brain:
We recommend you keep track of your projects and blogging tasks with an online to do list builder like Ta-Da or 2Bangit.
License Agreement and policy
- You may not copy, re-engineer, borrow, steal, or use any part of Blog-zilla without subjecting yourself to a team of lawyers ready to blow fire in your face. We have successfully litigated against past offenders of our software.
- You may not use Blog-zilla in any manner which jeopardizes it's functionality or reflects negatively upon it's reputation as a legitimate multi-blogging tool for ORIGINAL or AUTHORIZED content. If someone else holds the content copyright, do not use Blog-zilla to post or manipulate that content without permission.
- You may not post excessively, twice weekly is the recommended maximum. We do allow daily posting, but those accounts will be monitored and may be restricted if it causes problems, effects other subscribers or over taxes server capabilities.
- Blog-zilla may be used in conjunction with contextual ads (like Adsense), paid ads, banners, affiliate programs and other e-commerce endeavors, but only if you follow strictly the policies of the ad or affiliate provider.
- Blog-zilla is not a content scraper, content duplicator, or content stealing system. If any attempt to use Blog-zilla as such is detected, you're history.
- Blog-zilla can be used to post RSS feeds to multiple blogs, but if you are not also posting other quality content, your account can be terminated.
- Blog-zilla offers no refund on annual accounts, if you are in doubt about your continued use of Blog-zilla, start on a monthly plan until you are sure an annual plan is appropriate.
- To cancel any subscription it is your responsibility to login to your Paypal account and click the cancellation link next to your subscription. Trying to explain that you have not been using your account and deserve a refund gets Blog-zilla furious. Forget it. When you're ready to stop, just cancel it yourself in your Paypal account.
- Blog-zilla will provide both free training and advanced 'extra fee' training for subscribers.
- Using Blog-zilla does require that you set-up blogs with third party blogging systems like Blogger, WordPress, TypePad or others. There may be a service to assist subscribers with this set-up, but please understand Blog-zilla will not work until you have blogs set-up and ready to accept posts. Blog-zilla is not responsible for system errors or account problems caused by third party systems.
- Pinging with Ping-Kong is an added free service and may be terminated if system resources or third party Ping relays prove problematic.
- Sharing your Blog-zilla password with unauthorized users is not permitted. Computer IPs are tracked. If more than one person or computer will be accessing your account, please drop us a note.
- Following these rules may at first seem restrictive or time consuming, but rest assured multi-blogging good original content targeted to multipe niche audiences will only increase the success of any ad, affiliate or e-commerce goal you might have. In sharp contrast, attempting short-cuts, cheat schemes, get rich quick off click plans and the sort, are never successful over the long haul. Bloggy says, "Do it right upfront and you'll be more successful than any cheat might imagine." OK?
Violate any of these license agreements items or policies and your account will be terminated. There are NO REFUNDS. Entering the member only area confirms your agreement with Blog-zilla policy and license agreement.
